Responsibilities will include: Supervising, managing and motivating team members Developing a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project’s goal. Asg tasks to team members. Determining the completion timeline and monitoring progress to keep the project on track and on schedule. Communicating clear instructions to team members. Managing the flow of day-to-day operations. Compiling Contracts Compliance Final Check before Payout Creating and distributing reports to update the company on the team’s progress. Requirements BCom degree or related diploma Team leader experience of at least 2 years Experience in a finance / banking environment Fluency in English and Afrikaans Own transport The salary bracket for the role is around R30k - R35k CTC p/m.
