About the position Provide first-line operational support on any applications or software used by the entity to ensure smooth daily system usage, accurate data capture, and effective user assistance. User Support & Issue Management First-line support for daily system or software related queries Log, track, and investigate system issues Escalate unresolved/systemic issues to System Specialist Identify users struggling with any software and provide guidance User Training & Enablement Monthly b# training for new starters and existing users Provide basic system guidance and support materials Data Preparation & System Inputs Build and validate system forms Prepare cash book and GL code forms before loading Track tenant and premises codes Data Accuracy & Housekeeping Assist with basic data checks Support document attachments and record completeness Ad Hoc Support Provide operational support to finance, property, and operations teams Desired Skills: First-line support b# Data Accuracy Data Preparation
