Service Sales Engineer

About the position Seeking a results-driven Service Sales Engineer with compressor industry experience to grow aftermarket sales and manage customer relationships in the Jet Park area. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Promote and sell aftermarket service products (repairs, service plans, overhauls, audits, and advanced services). Grow service contract penetration and increase serviced equipment relative to installed base. Prospect for new business and expand the customer base within the assigned area. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up on leads, quotations, opportunities, and orders. Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM (C4C). Prepare and submit sales performance and customer feedback reports. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Technical or Sales & Marketing qualification (advantageous). 3–4 years’ experience in customer service or technical sales. Industrial compressor industry experience. CRM system experience. Proficient in MS Office. Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
