Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related design discipline. Formal training in design software and visual communication principles 3
- 5 years of professional experience in graphic design (or relevant portfolio demonstrating capability) preferably in a brand or agency setting. Highly creative with strong visual storytelling skills. Good communicator, team player, and open to feedback. Organized, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Flexible and adaptable with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Brand & Marketing Design Design and adapt visual content for advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions, and digital marketing. Develop packaging concepts and design artworks that are on-brand and shelf-ready. Produce engaging social media graphics, web banners, and digital ads.
- Creative Asset Development Create brochures, flyers, posters, POSM, trade marketing tools, event backdrops, and other print-ready materials. Support internal teams with branded presentations, reports, and documentation templates.
- Visual Identity & Consistency Ensure all design outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints. Assist in the evolution and refinement of visual identities for new and existing brands.
- Content Collaboration Work closely with brand, trade marketing, and digital teams to understand briefs, campaign needs, and target audiences. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies where required.
- Production Support Prepare artwork for production and liaise with printers and packaging suppliers to ensure high-quality output. Review proofs and make necessary adjustments before final approval.
