We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Milk Procurement & Extension team in the following role: Position : Quality Control Supervisor-MPE. Department : Milk Procurement & Extension Reports To : BCC Manager. Application Deadline : 09th April 2026 Role Purpose: Responsible for performing all tests, i.e., analytical, chemical, or bacterial analysis, and calibration of laboratory equipment necessary for raw milk as per the company policy/parameters/procedures. • Ensure to perform all tests necessary on raw milk as per the company policy/parameters. • Ensure to perform analytical tests, chemical or bacterial analyses, and calibration of laboratory equipment. • Ensure testing of raw milk received from the BCCs/MCC/suppliers and receive or reject based on company parameters • Ensure punching of all quality results in SAP and release/block as per authorization. • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly quality reports. • Ensure to perform quality checks on raw milk during storage throughout the day. • Ensures audit records are updated and complete. • Ensure to inspect CIP and cleaning of road tankers/silos/raw milk lines and conduct necessary tests to ensure it meets quality assurance standards. • Ensure to generate records on all operations during the shift, i.e., raw milk reception and monitoring, cleaning and sanitizing, and any other information assigned. • Ensure to complete all work instructions, production log sheets, and sanitation log sheets accurately and promptly. • Ensure to comply with and follow established SOPs and SSOP’s for milk receiving efficiencies • Ensure to supervise quality operation in the shift and provide guidance to the team in the shift • To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Job holder must possess a bachelor’s degree in food science technology or its equivalent from a reputable University. However, a diploma in laboratory technology is an added advantage. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in the same field, a fast-moving consumer goods environment Competencies/Abilities/Skills/Knowledge • Self-motivated and result-oriented • Good understanding of systems application programme (SAP) operations
