Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business. Cross Sell Bank Products to new and existing customers of the bank Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products/services to demonstrate value and address customer queries.
