Education A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science Proficiency in SQL and Python Proficiency in Data Science & ML development and deployment Advanced Knowledge in PowerBI. Work Experience Minimum 5 years in the area of specialisation Experience in data science, machine learning & advanced data analytics. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel modeling. Strong understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue models, and operational metrics. Proven ability to simplify complex data and influence strategic decisions. Customer Analytics & Performance Monitoring Perform customer level analytics to help explain performance trends and provide insight in a timely manner for decision making. Deg, developing, and maintaining user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards as well as Implementing best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency for the best user experience. Carry out all regular and ad hoc data analytics activities to enable business to obtain better insights Predictive Analytics & Modeling Develop and maintain machine learning models for forecasting customer behavior, churn, and business outcomes. Conduct gap analysis to identify underserved areas and optimize agent network deployment. Analyze mobile money agent liquidity, float availability, and transaction patterns to detect stress points and seasonal trends. Commercial Strategy Support Partner with teams in Commercial operations to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions Use data-driven insights to guide business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics Develop business cases for new initiatives and products. Assess the impact of pricing, promotions, and market dynamics. Provide data-driven insights to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
