Drive architectural decisions: ODN design, split ratios, GPON OLT locations, PoP expansion, backbone and aggregation topologies Ensure network optimisation and evolution plans addressing capacity demand, resilience and cost optimization. Ensure technology roadmap for FTTx, GPON and last‑mile technologies. Drive connectivity initiatives from commercial for broadband, enterprise and wholesale milestones. Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives with IT teams to support Broadband processes. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety, right-of-way regulations, and build quality Provide support to network operations and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience
