SALES Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for insurance Sales Associate based in Kampala. The insurance Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, presenting advertising services and solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves participating in team meetings and staying updated on industry trends and market conditions. Qualifications Strong client relationship management and communication skills Proficiency in sales strategies, customer engagement, and lead generation Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines Basic understanding of advertising, marketing, and promotional strategies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team Experience in advertising or a related industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
