About The Job We are hiring on behalf of a client, a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to identify new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about growing the business. Responsibilities -Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. -Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. -Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients. -Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. -Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. -Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service. -Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage. -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools. -High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
