Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Recovering company funds through making phone calls to remind its customers who borrow money through its mobile phone App Liaising with customers about their queries and requests. Guiding customers on how to make loan repayments using the mobile phone App Identifying gaps in the system and recommending solutions Keeping track of outstanding debts. Planning a course of action to recover the company's funds. Negotiating payoff deadlines and plans. Following up on customers with arrears to ensure the repayments are entirely made. EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS Certificate as a Minimum requirement Proven experience as a debt collector Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines Knowledge of relevant legal requirements Working knowledge of MS Word and database National ID SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: High Integrity Good communication skills Good Interpersonal skills Good Time Management skills Action and results-oriented Accuracy and attention to detail Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
