Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to appropriate vehicles. Demonstration: Explain technical features, benefits, and specifications, and perform vehicle walk-around inspections. Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and complying with dealership procedures. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to meet sales quotas. Administrative Tasks: Process sales contracts, financing paperwork, and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of inventory, features, and manufacturer updates. Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
