Description
Job details: To drive sales growth through telephone engagement, delivering exceptional customer experience, and promoting the company’s financial products. Key duties/responsibilities: Engage potential customers via phone to promote loan products and generate sales. Source referrals from existing customers to expand the client base. Provide efficient after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle. Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Contribute to customer retention efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Required Qualifications and Work Experience: Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field from a recognized institution. Demonstrated ability to close sales. Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints. At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related role. Residing in or near Bukoto, Kampala Other attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer and database skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
