Description
Key Responsibilities • Work towards strengthening and improving the sales of spare parts in the region • Effectively manage inventory for spare parts in the country. • Focus on customer satisfaction, keeping in line with the brand for a quality experience & sustain consistent growth • Work closely with the After Sales Head to assess and improve the subsequent needs and improve existing processes for profit. • Mentor & drive a team to develop and implement a strong and relevant reporting framework to measure quantitatively and demonstrate qualitatively outputs, outcomes, and impacts • Ensure the department achieves the desired CSI rank. • Will be responsible for relationship management with channel partners, suppliers & dealer service development to maximize business opportunities • Lead, develop & mentor the team to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to timelines • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and recommend requirements • Review sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree.
