Company : Donswift (For a Client) Industry: Pharmacy Location: Kampala Job Duties: Participate in and supervise day-to-day operations, including dispensing and patient screening. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technical and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Foster a customer-centric culture within the pharmacy. Requirements: At least a Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field. Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacy laws, and pharmacy operations such as inventory management. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy retail pharmacy setting, preferably in a similar role.
