- Welcome and attend to customers promptly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables and the dining area
- Provide menu guidance and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen
- Process bills and handle customer payments REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate in Hospitality or any related field is an added advantage
- Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or café is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good personal hygiene and neat presentation
