Provide overall strategic leadership and technical oversight for all KAL Consortium programs nationwide, ensuring alignment with national policies and donor requirements. Requirements Master’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 10 years NGO program management experience. Experience managing multi-donor programs. Send your (2-page CV,) Letter of Motivation (400 words) and 2 Referees, all in PDF format to the Email provided • Lead program design, planning and implementation across sectors. • Supervise all program staff and thematic leads. • Ensure alignment with government priorities including community health strategies. • Lead proposal development and donor engagement. • Ensure program quality, impact measurement and reporting. • Coordinate district networks and regional implementing partners. • Represent KAL in national and international forums.
