Role Overview We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives with proven experience in the events industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling event- related solutions, partnerships, sponsorships, and services to corporate clients and stakeholders. Experience or active involvement in the sports sector (such as sports events, clubs, leagues, federations, or sports brands) will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the events and sports industry Sell event solutions, sponsorship packages, partnerships, and related services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, partners, and stakeholders Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, industry events, and referrals Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports Stay informed on market trends within the events and sports industries Required Qualifications & Experience Proven sales experience, preferably in events, entertainment, hospitality, media, or experiential marketing Strong understanding of the events business cycle and client expectations Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities Strong networking and relationship-building skills Results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals Preferred / Advantage Qualifications Previous experience working with sports organizations, clubs, leagues, federations, or sports events Existing network within the sports and events ecosystem Experience in sponsorship sales or brand partnerships Knowledge of corporate marketing and brand activation strategies What We Offer Competitive compensation package (base salary + commission, or commission-based) Opportunity to work with high-profile events and sports organizations Career growth and professional development opportunities Dynamic and fast-paced working environment Performance-based incentives and bonuses How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the '' section
