Qualifications & Experience Academic: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (accredited institution) Professional: Digital Marketing / Professional Marketing certification (e.g., CIM or similar) is an added advantage Experience: 3-5 years' experience in audience growth, digital marketing, brand/community engagement, or media marketing Execute audience growth plans for assigned segments aligned to the company's audience-first strategy and content hub priorities. Translate hub content packages into audience-ready briefs i.e. segment + women/youth lens + hook + format + distribution plan + KPI. Plan and execute cross-channel content distribution across priority touchpoints (digital and relevant legacy platforms) with a 360 appeal. Build and maintain audience communities including but not limited to WhatsApp lists/groups, newsletters, community partnerships and ensuring cadence, moderation support, and escalation discipline. Apply consumer insights and performance data to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging audience trends. Run simple tests and experiments related to creative, CTA, timing, format, channels and document learnings to support scale or kill decisions. Support audience-first campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground activations aligned to hub priorities and revenue projects. Monitor performance metrics and report weekly and monthly results with ROI, clear insights and recommendations.
