Requirements 3-5 years working experience in a sales supervisory related job A minimum qualification of a degree or its equivalent preferably in a business-related course Achieve and exceed regional sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives within the Northern Region. Identify and develop new business opportunities, expand distribution coverage, and increase market share acrossassigned territories. Supervise, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high productivity, accountability, and continuousperformance improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure retention,growth, and service excellence. Develop and implement regional sales plans, promotional activities, and route-to-market strategies aligned withcompany objectives
