Technical Duties ● Setting ground rules before training
- phone and laptop use, safe parking of client’s vehicle/bikes, time management, training expectations etc ● Ensure participant enrolment on attendance sheets, and collection of copies of driving permits for verification ● Administer and mark pre-training and post training theory tests (oral and or written) ● Conduct interactive classroom training sessions using the flip chart illustrations, question and answer techniques and group discussions ● Conduct closed ranged exercises and on-road driving assessments. ● Write explicitly and concisely assessment comments and scores on the on-road feedback assessment forms ● Timely delivery of the on-road assessment forms to the training administrator for report writing ● Assist the training manager to Induct new learner driving instructors ● Act as company representative and be responsible for classroom arrangement, setting-up and breaking-down audio-visual equipment, and providing program materials for all trainees during up-country trainings ● Liaise with training administrator for any changes in training needs, logistics and solve problems during up- country trainings. ● Perform other related duties as assigned.
