Qualifications and Experience · Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. · Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word). · High level of integrity and attention to detail. · Good organizational and communication skills.
- Finance Support · Assist in posting of general ledger entries and maintain records for all transactions. · Support the preparation and filing of financial documents and records. · Assist in the tracking, recording, monitoring and dispensing of petty cash, including performing cash counts. · Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of transactions.
- Administrative Support · Assist with filing, documentation, and maintenance of finance and administrative records. · Support procurement processes including preparation of LPOs, RFQs, contracts, vendor assessments and maintaining vendor records. · Assist with coordination of office supplies and inventory tracking.
- Compliance and Controls · Support adherence to internal financial controls and company policies. · Assist in maintaining proper documentation for regulatory and audit purposes. · Ensure proper filing and safe custody of financial and administrative records.
- General Support · Assist the Finance and Administration team with day-to-day operational tasks. · Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. · Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
