Marketing Executive
Description
Develop and execute a monthly marketing plan aligned with country sales targets, and coordinate digital, field, trade, and brand marketing activities. Ensure strong brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, and track and report marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, footfall, partner activation, conversions). Support retail and distribution partners with marketing materials and visibility tools, ensure correct branding and POSM (posters, banners, signage) at partner locations. Support activations, outreach programs, and community vision camps, and monitor competitor activity and provide field marketing insights. Collaborate with the community management team to turn customer stories into testimonials and case studies. Support retention initiatives and referral campaigns, help maintain consistent local brand presence, and coordinate basic PR activities (media mentions, interviews, press releases when required). Ensure positive customer journey from awareness to purchase, follow up on customer feedback and online inquiries, and support WhatsApp Business and social inquiries coordination. Turn customer stories into testimonials and case studies, and Support retention initiatives and referral campaigns. Capture and document impact stories from the field, propose innovative growth ideas and pilot campaigns and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
