Job Description Manage and maintain relationships with all existing clients in the Eastern provinces. Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the region to expand the company’s customer base. Conduct regular market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify opportunities for new product categories based on market insights and customer feedback. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence in the Eastern region. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client development progress, and market findings. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to support business growth. Qualifications & Requirements Strong analytical thinking and quick decision-making abilities. Intelligent, fast learner, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment. Diligent, persistent, and highly self-motivated. Previous business or sales experience preferred. Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and market development is an advantage. Experience in related product industries is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to build a long-term career with the company.
