The Service to Sales Intern will engage clients, transform service interactions into sales opportunities, and receive comprehensive training in sales and pest management. Role Overview The internship focuses on deepening your understanding of the pest control industry, starting with field work to learn service fundamentals and transitioning into a Sales Consultant role within 6 to 12 months. Phase 3: Sales Trainee & Transition Proposal Development: Draft quotes and protection plans. Targets & KPIs: Manage a lead pipeline.
