About the role: We are looking for a highly dependable and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support the day-to-day running of our HR function in Uganda. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, takes ownership of tasks, and wants exposure to how a high-growth company builds strong people systems. You will play a key role in keeping our People Operations processes organised, responsive and professional. This is a 12-month internship with the possibility of extension or permanent placement based on performance. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records Support onboarding preparation and documentation Ensure employee files are accurate and complete HR Operations & Administration Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems Prepare basic HR documents (contracts, letters, confirmations) Support payroll input collection under supervision Assist with compliance documentation and filing Help ensure company assets and equipment records are up to date Employee Support Respond to basic employee queries or redirect appropriately Support employee engagement activities and internal communications Assist with training coordination and performance documentation tracking You will work closely with the People Operat
