Qualifications First Degree IT and Computer Sciences from a recognised Institution 3-4 years experience and knowledge of principles, concepts and techniques of software testing. Hands-on experience in managing test cycles. Working knowledge of QA tools like Jira. Knowledge of test automation concepts and tools. 2 years experience in extraction and preparation of data for use in testing. Ability to project and anticipate resource utilisation by trend analysis and knowledge of industry standard Manage and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standard Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications. Oversee the execution of tests, analyse test results and identify and report defects using the appropriate defect tracking tools. Provide regular reports and metrics on test progress, coverage and quality to stakeholders. Implement, manage and maintain test automation frameworks Ensure stability of the systems environment and customers so to gain trust in the Bank’s product offering.
