Job Summary The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of the company’s logistics operations. This includes transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency. Salary: UGX 600,000 - 1,500,000 (Gross Monthly) + Performance Bonus Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the company’s logistics and supply chain operations. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients or branches. Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control processes. Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs. Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Prepare reports on logistics performance and operations. Ensure on-time and safe dispatch Control transport costs Avoid delivery delay Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/transportation cordination, Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management. Strong organizational and planning skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems is an added advantage.
