Customer Acquisition and Retention: Find new business opportunities in assigned territories. Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide customer service through answering inquiries, giving advice, and providing information about products and services. Sales and Business Development: Make sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Negotiate prices and close deals with clients. Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales targets. Plan, develop and execute sales campaigns as agreed within timelines. Market Knowledge and Reporting: Staying up to date with industry trends and competitors' products. Collect customer contact information and maintain the customer database. Provide accurate and timely reports as required by line manager (weekly/monthly).
