Please note that these are field and factory operational roles, not office-based desk jobs. All positions include a monthly performance-based bonus based on measurable targets. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary UGX 1,000,000 – 3,000,000(Gross Monthly + Monthly Performance Bonus) Responsibilities Expand the dealer and distributor network aggressively. Achieve strict monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive sales growth of TMT Bars and Hollow Sections. Ensure timely payment collections and control outstanding balances. Supervise and push the field sales team for results. ·                ·    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to continuously improve performance. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales efforts. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Good knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
