- funded project Experience with managing, cleaning, and analyzing large databases. Strong expertise in statistical analysis software and data-visualization platforms Power BI or Tableau. Good computer skills (MS Word and Excel) Database Management, Data cleaning, Data visualization, Analysis & Reporting Maintain regular and updated reports, trackers, dashboards and data visualizations to provide insights into program progress. Implement centralized databases to ease data access and reporting by authorized Program staff. Participate in building staff capacity in data quality assurance and familiarization with relevant databases and dashboard procedures. Participate in program studies including Diagnostic Market research/ baseline, Barrier analysis, Action research, annual surveys, midterms and endline surveys. Conduct In-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources Produce and update information products such as reports, charts, and infographics by turning data into graphical products or meaningful tables to convey messages. Monitor accuracy of data collected in line with the Program’s data Cleaning Minimum Standards Implement quarterly data quality assurance activities according to the MEL plan (e.g. data validation and verification and cleaning). Ensure backend program data quality controls are in place and functional. Provide ongoing technical support to partners in data management and use.
