Teaching Assistant - Early Years (Bugolobi or Kansanga)

Requirements B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education A minimum of two years teaching experience, after acquiring a teaching degree (B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education) Experience of working with children in a school setting (Early Years/Nursery) Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical methods Creativity and ability to develop engaging, play-based learning activities Excellent classroom management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents This is a local hire position.
