Exposures & Experiences: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools, content management systems) is an added advantage. Experience creating graphics or short-form video content using Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage. Strong writing, attention to detail, and creativity with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced communications environment. Create clear, engaging, and well‑structured written communications for employees across channels such as newsletters, intranet posts and digital signage. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaign ideas that resonate with targeted audiences. Support end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance objectives and communication strategy. Coordinate logistics for internal events, conferences, and webcasts, ensuring professional delivery and a seamless experience for participants. Support the planning and execution of external communication activities to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen its brand presence within the industry.
