Credit Review Specialist

Key Responsibilities: • Credit Evaluation: Assess creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements and reports. • Loan Management: Process loan applications and conduct verification. • Risk Assessment: Evaluate lending risks and recommend approval or rejection. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Ugandan laws and internal policies. • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor loans and generate reports. • Customer Interaction: Negotiate terms and repayment schedules. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. • Experience: Proven experience in credit analysis or risk management, preferably in fintech or banking. • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills. • Knowledge: Understanding of credit management, loan regulations, and digital lending products.
