Requirements Master’s Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in transformational development programming and senior management roles. Demonstrable Christian values and commitment to AEE-U’s mission. Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for AEE-U’s programs and operations. Oversee program development, resource mobilization, and partnership management. Ensure excellence in human resource management, team building, and staff capacity development
