Description
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field. Practical training in banking, sales, or marketing. At least 3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or business development. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Good understanding of banking products and financial performance indicators. Analytical and reporting skills Conduct market research within the branch catchment area to identify growth opportunities. Promote Yako Bank’s savings and lending products to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth in line with branch targets. Support implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Monitor branch sales performance and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Business Development Supervisor
