Country Accountant

Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Intermediate Level). At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an NGO setting. Experience using accounting packages and cloud-based systems. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity. Oversee financial operations, including reconciliations and payment validation. Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory filings. Maintain accurate financial records within Xero and Salesforce. Prepare financial reports to support management decisions. Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation. Oversee asset management and effective resource utilisation.
