Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Najjera and surrounding areas Secure bookings for: Events (birthdays, meetings, private parties) Guest house partnerships Corporate and institutional contracts Bulk bakery supply agreements Conduct field marketing and relationship building Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines Close deals and ensure deposit payments are secured Maintain a simple weekly sales activity report Performance Expectations Generate consistent monthly revenue through confirmed and paid bookings Actively prospect and meet potential clients weekly Meet agreed monthly revenue targets Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (hospitality experience is an advantage) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Existing network in Najjera, Kira, Ntinda, Kyaliwajjala or nearby areas is an added advantage Compensation UGX 150,000 monthly retainer (to support airtime and transport) 10% commission on total revenue generated per confirmed sale Unlimited earning potential based on performance This is a part-time, commission-driven role ideal for entrepreneurial individuals seeking flexible income opportunities.
