Summary: The Branch Sales Agent plays a key role in growing the company’s client base by driving sales directly at the point of sale (POS) in our partner shops. This role involves converting leads into paying customers, executing local marketing activities, and building strong relationships with partner shop owners. The agent is also responsible for daily follow-up on potential clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving defined sales targets and KPIs. Responsibilities: ● Sales & Lead Conversion: Convert walk-in clients and follow up on leads provided daily to close sales. Conduct consultations to educate clients on available products and payment options. Support clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Promote product benefits and handle objections effectively to increase conversion rates. ● Customer Engagement & Repeat Business: Maintain positive, professional client interactions at all times. Identify and prioritize repeat customers with good payment history for new offers or promotions. Educate customers on how their performance influences access to future assets, discounts, and deals. Ensure clients receive timely assistance during and after the purchase process. ● Partner Relationship Management : Represent the company positively within the partner shop. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner shop staff to ensure smooth collaboration. Act as a liaison between the partner shop and company management to share feedback and suggest improvements.
