What we are looking for Strong ability to multitask XXXX XXXX and reporting skills Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn Basic analytical skills Interest in sales and vendor management Identify and engage with vendors in major markets, targeting high-potential sellers for the platform. Get quality leads by better targeting in terms of category and areas to focus in order to get high seller lifecycle value Validate vendor suitability by assessing their products and business readiness. Persuade vendors to join Jumia by highlighting the platform’s value and sales potential. Guide vendors through the registration process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Provide new sellers with the tools, resources, and support to succeed from day one. Incubate the (lead to live) vendors for 1 month after live to make sure they are engaged properly. Making sure that vendors are properly trained and able to self sustain post incubation period. Collect insights on market trends and vendor concerns to improve acquisition strategies. Regularly report on acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Optimize the cost/ active seller per channel
