Requirements University degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent title Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian Mastery in using accounting applications Good knowledge and experience with AICS procedures and financial reporting rules Previous professional experience in admin/finance management of international cooperation projects in fragile countries and/or low-resources settings Good interpersonal skills and adaptability Overseeing accounting and keeping the project accounts up to date Monitoring project expenditures and assisting the Project Manager in budgeting and drafting periodic financial reports Ensuring compliance with procurement procedures Ensuring that purchases are supported by the correct documentation Managing cash and bank accounts dedicated to the project Supervising administrative and logistical national staff Supporting the Project Manager in preparing quarterly funding requests Guaranteeing that project activities are properly documented Supporting the Project Manager in the administrative management of national staff and their contracts
