Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform strategy Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Ensure effective pipeline management and CRM utilization.
