Software Developer (Laravel/PHP)

We are seeking skilled Software Developers based in Kampala, Uganda with strong expertise in Laravel/PHP and API Development . You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable web and mobile applications for our clients. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Laravel/PHP (mandatory). Solid experience in API development and integration (RESTful services). Good understanding of MySQL ; knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB is an added advantage. Experience working with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, Angular, or any modern JavaScript framework is highly required. Ability to integrate front-end interfaces with backend systems and APIs. A portfolio or GitHub account showcasing previous projects is an added advantage Develop and maintain applications using Laravel/PHP . Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and deliver software solutions. Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. Follow best practices in documentation, coding standards, and Git version control.
