Job Title : Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer Company: Goph Technologies Location : Muyenga, Kampala Job Type : Full-time (On-site) About the Role Goph Technologies is looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong motion graphics skills to support our growing client work. You’ll edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content, deliver quickly under clear instructions, and collaborate closely with our internal team and clients. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos for clients across different industries Create engaging motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects Interpret briefs accurately and deliver outputs quickly while maintaining quality Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to align content with brand goals Organize project files and follow internal workflows for versioning and revisions Optimize exports for different platforms (aspect ratios, formats, compression, captions, etc.) Required Skills & Tools Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics is a must) Confident editing in CapCut (especially for fast-paced short-form content) Ability to take instructions clearly and execute with minimal supervision Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple edits at once Strong communication and teamwork skills Added Advantage Knowledge of additional tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Blender, etc.) Experience with sound design, color grading, and advanced compositing Familiarity with social media trends and creative performance-driven editing What We’re Looking For Speed + accuracy (you can deliver fast without sacrificing quality) Strong storytelling and pacing Clean, modern motion graphics style Professional attitude when dealing with both team members and clients How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the '' section
