Web Operations Manager (CMS / AEM)

We’re looking for a Web Operations Manager to own day-to-day management of a global corporate website, including content governance, CMS execution, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external development teams. This role combines hands-on CMS work (AEM), content optimization, and light project management.

Responsibilities

  • Own website content updates and lifecycle (create, update, retire content)
  • Execute updates directly in CMS (Adobe AEM preferred)
  • Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders (HR, IR, Sustainability, etc.)
  • Ensure all content meets SEO, accessibility, and brand standards
  • Optimize content structure, metadata, and formatting for web and LLM readability
  • Translate business requests into tickets and coordinate with dev/vendor teams
  • QA and validate updates before publishing
  • Monitor site health (performance, broken links, content freshness) and flag issues

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in web operations, CMS management, or digital production
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS (AEM strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing website content at scale (corporate or enterprise sites)
  • Familiarity with SEO basics (metadata, headings, content structure)
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing workflows
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems preferred
