Visual Brand Designer (Graphic Designer) Remote — South America
2-3 month contract to start with the potential to extend
About the Role
We are looking for a Visual Brand Designer to support the Creative Director in both shaping and executing how the brand comes to life across all touchpoints.
This role combines brand thinking and hands-on design execution — helping define the visual language of the brand and translating it into cohesive, high-quality experiences across digital and print.
The ideal candidate has a strong design eye with a high level of taste and attention to detail that elevates everyday work.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Visual Direction
- Help shape and elevate how the brand shows up across all channels
- Translate creative direction into clear, cohesive, and modern visual expression
- Bring a strong point of view on typography, layout, color, and overall composition
- Ensure a consistent and elevated look and feel across all brand touchpoints
Brand Implementation
- Apply and interpret brand guidelines across different channels with a high level of consistency and craft
- Create mockups that demonstrate how the brand should live across real-world applications
- Support the evolution of brand guidelines and visual standards
- Identify opportunities to improve and refine the brand’s visual expression
Design Execution
- Bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality design
- Own both concept and execution — from initial idea through final delivery
- Ensure all work reflects a strong level of craft, attention to detail, and visual consistency
- Create polished mockups and presentations that clearly communicate detent
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Director to align on vision and execution
- Contribute to creative thinking when needed, not just execution
- Iterate on work based on feedback while maintaining design quality
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional graphic or visual design experience
- Experience working on brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-driven design work
Design Skills
- Strong typography and layout design skills
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and spacing
- Ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-quality deliverables
- High attention to detail and consistency
Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Figma or similar design tools preferred
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand or marketing design work
- Strong typography and layout
- Mockups showing designs across multiple channels
- Consistent visual style and attention to detail
- Clear sense of taste and design quality
Bonus if you include:
- Brand systems or guideline work
- Editorial-style projects
- Examples that show both concept and execution
