We’re looking for a fractional B2B Marketing Manager to help drive day-to-day execution across content, social, and event marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, execute reliably, and support ongoing marketing priorities with some oversight.
This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in (or near) Philadelphia and available for occasional in-person meetings and on-site event support.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a weekly content + social cadence (planning, drafting, publishing, distribution)
- Support event marketing end-to-end: promotion, registration support, speaker/agenda coordination, and on-site support as needed
- Partner with stakeholders to support messaging and campaign rollout across priority initiatives
- Build or update landing pages / basic web content (WordPress / Framer)
- Support marketing workflows in HubSpot (lead capture, nurture, basic automation)
- Track performance and report on results; recommend improvements and next steps
Must-Haves
- Philadelphia-area (remote-first, but available for in-person meetings/events)
- B2B marketing experience
- Strong content + social execution skills
- Event marketing experience
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Framer
- Google Analytics, AdWords, and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn)
- Experience improving conversion on landing pages (basic CRO / funnel optimization)
- Comfort working with growth targets and pipeline metrics
