This is a flexible opportunity to earn in USD while contributing to the development of next-generation AI models. We are looking for Software Engineers across Latin America to help evaluate and improve code generated by Artificial Intelligence.

Location: Remote (Latin America) - Open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and other LATAM countries.

Pay Rate: $15.00

• $32.00 USD per hour (Rates vary by location and quality of work).

Contract Type: Freelance / Flexible

Required Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (written and reading) is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) and a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Code Review Skills: The ability to describe, evaluate, and critique code logic and syntax in clear English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience—we are flexible on education if you have the skills).
• Experience with broadly used frameworks and libraries.

What You’ll Be Working On

Our client has partnered with organizations to train AI large language models. You will be acting as a subject matter expert to ensure the AI creates high-quality code.

Example projects include:

• Evaluating Code Quality: Reviewing AI-generated code snippets for accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Problem Solving: Solving coding problems to provide "ground truth" answers for the AI to learn from.
• Optimization: Refactoring code to improve performance and scalability.
• Test Cases: Writing robust test cases to verify that code functions as intended.
• Documentation: Writing human-readable explanations (in English) of how a piece of code works and why a specific solution is better.

You do not need to be an AI/ML expert. We need your coding expertise. You will receive detailed instructions and guidelines upon starting.
