Bolt Market is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the growth and daily operations of our grocery (1P Stores) business in Tallinn, Estonia.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

In this role, you will support supplier operations, SKU and content management, invoicing, and data quality, working closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and a great customer experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Execute local and global operational and administrative tasks with high quality and timelinessOwn supplier onboarding by collecting required data and ensuring compliance with internal SOPsManage SKU listings and product content, including data accuracy, pricing updates, and merchandising supportHandle invoicing and credit notes related to inventory and growth tools, tracking outstanding paymentsPlace purchase orders and monitor fulfillment to ensure strong SKU availability and supplier performanceMaintain data quality across systems and support process improvements and automation initiatives

About you:

Experience in operations, business operations, retail, ecommerce, or a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers and cross-functional teamsSolid analytical skills with strong Excel and MS Office proficiencyProactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
