BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a VP of Marketing, working across regulated markets, based in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities: Acquisition Strategy & Growth
- Own and drive the global customer acquisition strategy across regulated markets.
- Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels to deliver sustainable growth.
- Manage performance against acquisition KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion metrics. Channel Management
- Oversee key acquisition channels such as Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Continuously optimize channel performance through testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and launch new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the CMO, contributing to overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Work closely with Product, Analytics, Compliance, and regional teams to ensure effective and compliant marketing execution.
- Lead and mentor marketing channel owners and performance teams. Regulated Market Expertise
- Ensure marketing strategies and campaigns comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Adapt acquisition strategies to local market conditions, regulations, and customer behaviour. Performance & Analytics
- Drive a strong performance marketing culture based on data, experimentation, and measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI.
- Build clear reporting and insights to support executive decision-making. Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on customer acquisition and growth marketing.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies at scale.
- Strong experience working in the industries
- Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and attribution models.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling marketing in international or multi-market environments.
- Background in high-growth digital companies or scale-ups.
- Experience managing large distributed marketing teams.
